What good is a product if it can't be implemented?
Our concept is that your not only a customer at checkout, but a customer for life. If you're stuck during an install, call (833) 689-6462 or email email@example.com and we’ll step you through ALL of it. In fact, if you don’t feel like following the video or reading a guide, we can step you through the WHOLE install over the phone when scheduled ahead of time.
No other company offers this type of service to any of its customers, so if anything, feel confident that we will have your back. We will not leave you hanging. You trusted us enough to purchase our hardware, it's the least we could do! This service is complementary to all of our customers, and only needs to be scheduled to ensure we are available when you need us. This is so that we can work around YOUR work schedule if need be as we have flexibility. We are NOT your typical “9 to 5” only type of business. We can adapt to most reasonable times of day, or night, and even if discussed ahead of time, weekends & on occasion, holidays when N2 Designs is CLOSED. Yes, you read that right.
We don’t want you to feel worried or intimidated that you may not have the confidence to do it yourself if you are wanting to purchase and install any product N2 Designs offers. Over the phone, it is really us installing it; we're just using YOUR eyes and YOUR hands since we aren’t physically there. This means that there isn’t going to be anything you need to study or understand ahead of time other than schedule over the phone step by step instructions from an actual USA based support staff. Most guidance over the phone normally takes 15 minutes to step you through once you’ve removed vehicle trim and connected your harness. You would only do that before your scheduled phone walk through. Finally, before we let you go, we test your installation while on the phone with you to ensure it’s working, and then give you a small break down of use, functions, features and more! Then any other questions you have, are addressed so that we know that we left you with feeling confident in our service and products.

* Requires scheduling ahead of time when support volume is in demand, or else just call when in need of immediate support when in the middle of an install and you will be responded to based on order of call or email received.
