At N2 Designs, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Domestic Shipments - All shipments will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail for the entire continental US when
stated. Purchases are delivered to most of the Continental US within 3-5 business days via First Class Mail, or 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. N2 Designs, Inc. is not responsible for any courier delays that may arise as this is outside the control of N2 Designs, Inc. In some instances, couriers will extend delivery dates out depending on time of year, and any logistical overloading based on factors outside of any entity's control. Once a product has shipped, shipping fees and charges are non-refundable. If a free shipping option is available, it is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout via options available. Replacement products in the case of warranty or exchange are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you. Lost Packages - If for some reason your package becomes lost or damaged, please contact N2 Designs, Inc. so a claim with the courier can be filed. N2 Designs, Inc. will NOT ship another item until the courier contacts N2 Designs, Inc. about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. N2 Designs, Inc. is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. Priority Shipping during the Holiday season (Late November - Early January), Blow out sales (such as Black Friday), Group Buy's and forum purchases are subject to a delivery time of 5-7 business days due to increased outbound volume, and courier holiday schedules/closures. A signature is required for most purchases over the value/dollar amount of $199+. If you need N2 Designs, Inc. to "hold" your outbound order, please contact us with your order number and name on the order and we can arrange a scheduled release. If you incorrectly enter an address during checkout, N2 Designs, Inc. will not be held liable for the delivery. If you need to change a shipping address after ordering, please contact us via email by sending a formal email requesting such an address change to email@example.com. N2 Designs, Inc. reserves the right to hold an order prior to shipping if the value of the order and the billing versus shipping addresses differ. This is done to protect the customer and N2 Designs, Inc. from potential fraud and N2 Designs, Inc. may connect you via phone, email or both to verify. If no response back is received, the order will be held until the customer listed on the order reaches back out. If N2 Designs, Inc. does not hear back via email or the phone number listed on the order is false or disconnected, N2 Designs, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order at their discretion.
International Shipments (Canada Only) - During checkout, you have the option to select USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Express International (if available). Couriers may have fees associated with their delivery. We, N2 Designs Inc. DO NOT pay duty fees or taxes on international shipments - these fees are the buyers responsibility. By checking the Terms and Conditions box during checkout, you understand and agree to pay all fees associated with the delivery of your product and that N2 Designs Inc. is not responsible for such fees. We have no way to estimate the cost of fees, and we urge you to do your research prior to purchasing from us.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Eligible returns received within the policy period can be fully refunded if the refund meets the criteria: Returns must be complete, unopened and unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Any device that appears to have any device information label tampered with will not be eligible for a refund and is considered tampered. The same applies to any wiring, harnesses, cables or adapter that have been unwrapped and or snipped. Buyer pays return shipping and refunds are given upon a complete product condition inspection. Returns received outside of the policy period can be exchanged for another product of equal value or applied as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any order that had free shipping applied via code, will have the original shipping charged to N2 Designs, Inc. deducted from the final refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the case and condition of the return as N2 Designs does NOT re-sale pre-handled or refurbished product whatsoever. Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days (processing) upon reception of the return, and inspection clearance. Once refunded, it may take 5-7 business days to post back as a credit from your funding bank. All refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
All products sold by N2 Designs, Inc. are covered under our Standard Warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. N2 Designs, Inc. warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period. If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, N2 Designs, Inc. will replace the defective parts of the product, or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied, by way of a provided RMA from the original manufacturer or supplier from which the product originates. Our Standard Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or abuse of the product. Products that have been damaged, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for warranty coverage unless the modification was specified by our Technical Support Team. Any device that appears to have any device information label tampered with will not be eligible for warranty and is considered tampered. The same applies to any wiring, harnesses, cables or adapter that have been unwrapped and or snipped. All Warranty claims are handled on a case by case basis.
