If you are a retired or active duty employee of any branch of the United States Military, current or retired law enforcement, first responder (EMT, Fire Department, etc.), healthcare employee, or school teacher, please use this form to upload a photo of either, your government/agency/employer (only one form of agency issued ID is needed) issued ID/Credentials (current or expired) along with a photo of your Driver's License or State issued ID. We will then email you a unique, one-time use code good for 10% off your entire checkout cart purchase.
