The "directed" module does not work. I click the lock button on my fob three times, but nothing happens. I've disconnected the harness and reconnected it while ensuring the proper seating of connectors. When I attempt to remote start, the module flashes seven times and does nothing. Additionally, the car link app does not work. Nothing occurs when sending commands to lock, unlock, or start the vehicle. Speaking to James, he confirmed the seven blinking lights warrant shipping back to your facilities. James also mentioned shipping back the harness because before stopping, the remote start became faulty; I could successfully remote start my vehicle. However, multiple dash indicators lit up, e.g., CHECK BRAKE SYSTEMS, LANE DEPARTURE ALERT MALFUNCTION; a video was sent to James for general and situational awareness.
