Spoke with Jimmy. I was approved for a full Replacement "H-Key" remote Starter Kit. Remote Starter malfunction causing the 2021 Toyota Tacoma inoperable. I had to get towed to Toyota Dealership where all connections were checked by myself as well as Joe (Toyota Mechanic) Once all discoed, truck started and ran as expected. Joe took out the whole unit for me because I recently had back surgery & can not currently climb under the dash. $220.00 My truck is home. Please be clear I do not blame N-2 or anyone specific. Things happen especially to electronics. I care what people think of me and i don't want anyone to think I am upset specifically @ them. Jimmy & I spoke when I purchased the Starter &had the pleasure of chatting w/ him again. Thank you & God Bless. †
